Gin Dirty Martini

Essence: Clean, Cold, Simple And Pungent

Ingredients:

2.5 oz’s Vodka (or Gin)

1 oz Blanco Vermouth  

½ oz Olive Brine, adjust to taste—add  ¾ - 1 oz. for "filthy"

Glassware: Frozen Martini glass

Garnish: 3 Olives

Instructions:

Add 1 oz of Vermouth to your shaker full of ice - shake for 30 seconds then drain.

Add Vodka or Gin and cold olive brine to the Vermouth coated ice and shake another 30 seconds until you create ice crystals when draining into your martini glass. Add the olives.
